Voluntary 16-Day Returns Policy

1. Subject matter of the voluntary right of return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, ADA Cosmetics International GmbH (“ADA”) grants consumers a voluntary right of return in accordance with the following provisions. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

2. Duration of the voluntary right of return

The voluntary right of return can only be exercised after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. After the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, eligible goods can be returned free of charge within a further 16 days. Overall, this means that it is possible to return eligible goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

3. Requirements for return

The goods must be returned in their entirety and in proper condition. There must be no signs of wear beyond what is necessary for inspection. If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging.

4. Exercising the Voluntary Right of Return

To exercise the voluntary right of return, it is sufficient to notify ADA by e-mail at info@ada-cosmetics.com or to return the goods within the applicable return period.

5. Returns Processing

To return the goods under the voluntary 30-day right of return, please contact info@ada-cosmetics.com by e-mail before returning. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with the information required for the free return and, if applicable, a return label.

The goods must be carefully packed and sent to the following return address:

If possible, please include the order number or another unique assignment option with the return shipment so that it can be processed quickly.

The return is timely if the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider within the period specified in section 2. Unpaid shipments will only be accepted if expressly provided for or confirmed in advance by ADA.

6. Cost of return shipping

If the voluntary right of return is properly exercised, ADA will cover the direct costs of the return.

7. Refund of the purchase price

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price paid will be refunded via the original means of payment.

8. Exclusion of the Voluntary Right of Return

The voluntary right of return does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, can spoil quickly, were sealed for hygiene reasons and are no longer returnable after opening, or have been used beyond the usual inspection.

9. Voluntary service

The voluntary right of return is a voluntary additional service provided by ADA.

The customer's statutory rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this voluntary right of return.
