Shipment costs
Postage and packaging costs correspond to our offers and can vary. We are doing our best to keep your part of postage and packaging costs to a minimum.

Shipment costs for deliveries within Germany
For orders of € 35 and more, deliveries to your home address are free of charge. If the order value is below € 35, we add a mere € 3.95 of shipment costs for orders within Germany.

Shipment costs for deliveries within Europe
Deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Italy: € 9.95
Shipment to the remaining European countries: € 17.95

Shipment costs for deliveries outside Europe
Shipment to Japan, the USA, Canada, Australia: € 24.95

Payment methods
Within Germany, you can pay cash upon delivery, by bank debit, prepayment or credit card. For our registered customers, you can also pay after delivery against invoice from your 2nd order onwards..
For “cash on delivery” we will charge an additional € 4.95.

Outside Germany, only credit cards and prepayments are allowed as payment methods.

Deliveries to Switzerland (CH) or outside the EU also result in additional customs and import duties.

Depending on the payment method selected, further charges can occur. In such a case, we would of course inform you of any additional costs before you have completed your order.

Would you like to know whether your parcel has been dispatched? Track your order online!
Your confirmation of dispatch email contains a shipment code and a direct link to order tracking of your delivery.

Right of return


We guarantee optimal quality for each product that we produce. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return all items within 14 days of receiving them (a timely sending date is sufficient) without restrictions and free of charge to the following address:
