1. What happens if products are not on stock?
In the event that the goods you order are unavailable, we reserve the right not to render the service.

2. How long do the limited offers last?
With regard to the period of validity of limited offers, please see the individual products descriptions as part of the ADA shop.

Postage and packaging costs correspond to our offers and can vary. We are doing our best to keep your part of postage and packaging costs to a minimum.

4. What are the different payment methods?

Within Germany, you can pay...

Outside Germany, you can pay...

 -cash upon delivery (additional charge of € 4.95)

 -by bank debit


 -or credit card

 -pay after delivery against invoice (for registered customers, you can also  from your 2nd order onwards)


 -via credit card

 -via prepayment (cash in advance)

 -Paypal. If selected, at the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you already keep an account with PayPal, the payment can be confirmed via PayPal directly after login. Alternatively, the payment can be confirmed after setting up an account with PayPal.

Deliveries to Switzerland (CH) or outside the EU also result in additional customs and import duties.

If you don't have a special account for foreign purchases on the web, further charges will occur: 19.-CHF servicing fee and 8% VAT of the whole purchase basket.

Depending on the payment method selected, further charges can occur. In such a case, we would of course inform you of any additional costs before you have completed your order.

5. How can I track my order?

Would you like to know whether your parcel has been dispatched? Track your order online!
Your confirmation of dispatch email contains a shipment code and a direct link to order tracking of your delivery.

6. Can I return the product I bought?

Insofar as you order products as a customer, we offer you a voluntary return guarantee within Germany next to an beside the statutory right of withdrawal, that entitles you to return the ordered products within 14 days of receipt of delivery free of charge on repayment of the purchase price. Full details of the requirements and conditions of the voluntary return guarantee can be found under Art. 11 of our Terms and Conditions.


7. What labels do you have in your shop?
Some of our products are provided with the Ecolabel of the European Union,the Ecocert-seal, the ECARF seal or Fair Trade logo. These products are manufactured and distributed in consideration of the manufacturing guidelines applicable to these labels, which can be found along with further informations about the label here:
