1. I cannot log in anymore and resetting my password does not work either. What can I do?

Beginning of April 2022 we have launched our new and improved online shop for our private clients. Therefore, we invite you to create a new account and password. We wish you a lovely shopping experience.



2. What happens if products are not on stock?

In the event that the goods you order are unavailable or sold out during the order process, we reserve the right not to render the service.



3. How long do the limited offers last?

With regard to the period of validity of limited offers, please see the individual products descriptions as part of the ADA shop.



4. What are the delivery cost?

We currently deliver to all addresses within the European Union.

 Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Italy: 9,95 €

 Switzerland: 19,90 €

 Order value above 35,00 €: free of charge

Postage and packaging costs correspond to our offers and can vary. We are doing our best to keep your part of postage and packaging costs to a minimum.

Depending on the payment method selected, further charges can occur. In such a case, we would of course inform you of any additional costs before you have completed your order.



6. How can I track my order?

Would you like to know whether your parcel has been dispatched? Track your order online!
Your confirmation of dispatch email contains a shipment code and a direct link to order tracking of your delivery.

7. Can I return the product I bought?

Insofar as you order products as a customer, we offer you a voluntary return guarantee within Germany beside the statutory right of withdrawal, that entitles you to return the ordered products within 14 days of receipt of delivery free of charge on repayment of the purchase price. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you purchase products with a manufacturer's warranty, your claims under such warranty shall be exclusively against the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

 

8. What happens, if I would like to exchange a product?

You can exchange your product(s) by returning the products from your original order as usual. While we process your return, you can then place a new order with the products you prefer.

 

9. What quality labels do you have in your shop?

Some of our products are provided with the Ecolabel of the European Union, the Ecocert-seal, the ECARF seal or Fair Trade logo. These products are manufactured and distributed in consideration of the manufacturing guidelines applicable to these labels, which can be found along with further information about the label here:
